Seçkilerimizi oluştururken öncelikle içenlerin arasında kırk yıllık hatır köprüsü kuran Türk kahvemizden yola çıktık. Ardından Brezilya ve Kolombiya’dan edindiğimiz kahve çekirdekleri ile ülkemize dönmeden Etiyopya’ya uğrayıp seçmelerde bulunduk.
